- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and position a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.

- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps achieve a crispier crust.

- In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Rub this spice mixture generously all over each chicken breast.
